By referring a business associate to exhibit at Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City 2025 or Automechanika Kuala Lumpur 2025, you and your referred associate will earn:
Referrer: One whole page advertisement placement on e-fair catalogue
Referred associate: VND 2,800,000 or MYR 500 (approximately USD 110) hotel accomodation rebate
Eligibility:
For referrer, only individual participation (non-pavilion exhibitor) who has submitted both the application and payment for Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City 2025 or Automechanika Kuala Lumpur 2025 is eligible to refer a business associate to exhibit at the same exhibition.
For referred associate, only individual participation (non-pavilion exhibitor) and has not exhibited at Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City or Automechanika Kuala Lumpur in 2023 and 2024 editions is eligible to apply.
How to apply:
Referred associate is required to sumbit the application form indicating the referrer's full name and company name on P.1 along with business registration documents with the referrer copied in the email to peggy.wong@hongkong.messefrankfurt.com by 14 March 2025. Payment is also required to settle within 1 month of the invoice date. A confirmation email will be sent to the referee upon approval of the application.
How to redeem:
For the A4 advertisement placement on e-fair catalogue, the organiser will send email to inform the referrer the specifications and submission deadline.
For the hotel accommodation rebate, the referred associate is required to present the confirmation email, hotel accommodation receipt and exhibitor badge in person at the organiser's office at the exhibition venue during the exhibition dates (i.e. Automechanika Kuala Lumpur on 15 - 17 May 2025 and Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City on 19 - 21 June 2025) for the reimbursement of actual hotel expenses in local currency of not exceeding VND 2,800,000 or MYR 500 (approximately USD110).

Terms & conditions:
1. The reward is offered on first come, first served basis with limited quota.
2. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
3. The reward cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotioal offers.
4. If redemption cannot be done within the exhibition dates, the reward will be forfeited.
5. The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
