2-Year Growth Plan

The 2-Year Growth Plan (2G) is designed to support companies strategically to capture market opportunities in 2026 and 2027.  By securing a spot with a USD 500 deposit, exhibitors can enjoy immediate discount incentives, exclusive marketing benefits, and fixed participation rates.

Benefits: 

  • 5% off on space fees for booth size or space of 9sqm to 35sqm in 2026 and 2027
  • 10% off on space fees for booth size or space of 36sqm or more in 2026 and 2027
  • Fixed booth space fees for both 2026 and 2027
  • One FREE “Product / Solution of the Day” promotion slot on Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City's official Facebook page for 2026 and 2027

Terms & Conditions:

  • The discounts apply to booth space fees only. 
  • The offer refers to the participation of Automechanika Ho Chi Minh City for both 2026 and 2027 only.
  • The invoice of two-year agreement will include the total participation fees of 2026 and deposit of USD500 of 2027.
  • The second-year (2027) discount and benefits will be applied upon full payment settlement of the 2026 invoice.
  • The participation fee of 2027 will deduct the USD 500 deposit paid in 2026.
  • The application form submission for 2027 should be completed by 31 December 2026, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Regarding the free “Product / Solution of the day” promotion slot, the company logo and product photo file must be submitted by the deadline set by the organiser, otherwise the free slot will be forfeited. 
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  • The offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • If an exhibitor cancels the participation after availing of the plan, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and the offer will be voided.
  • There is NO refund after the organiser accepts the application.
  • The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the plan at any time without prior notice.
  • The organiser reserves the right of final decision.
